Create calls for extension

https://api.phone.com/v4/accounts//extensions//calls

Make a phone call for extension. You need to provide caller and callee information. You can provide different payload, so different parameters may be required. These are supported scenarios:

  1. caller_phone_number + callee_extension.
  2. caller_phone_number + callee_phone_number + caller_extension.
  3. caller_extension + callee_phone_number.
